1. Introduction: Welcome to Live Lusso. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions:

• "We," "us," or "our" refers to Live Lusso
• "You" refers to the customer using our website.

3. Acceptance of Terms: By using our website or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Ordering Process: To place an order, follow the steps on our website. By placing an order from this website, you acknowledge that you are ordering a made to order item. Your sofa will be made in your choice of fabric and colour. We will send you an order confirmation once your order is received. Please review this confirmation for accuracy. Our sofas are produced on a made to order basis and enter production 48 hours after order has been placed.  Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 a 'made to order item' is not eligible for a cancellation once it has gone into production. 

5. Payment Terms: Payment for our products can be made using the following methods:

• All major credit and debit cards
• Paypal
• Apple Pay
• Klarna

Prices are in GBP and any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

6. Delivery and Shipping:

• Delivery times and shipping costs will be provided during the checkout process. Provided times are not guarantees and may be subject to change.
• We use third-party couriers and shipping companies to fulfill deliveries.
• Certain factors, including but not limited to customs clearance, transportation challenges, or other unforeseen circumstances, may cause delays that are beyond our control.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur due to reasons outside of our control, but we will make every effort to assist and resolve any issues.
• Failure to adhere to agreed delivery slots through our courier company will result in additional charges being paid by the customer. See our Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds:

• In the event of a refund, Live Lusso shall only be liable to refund the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the refund request. No additional compensation, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, will be offered beyond the refund amount. This limitation applies to all refund situations, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

  Customers acknowledge and agree that Live Lusso's liability in the case of refunds is expressly limited to the amount originally paid for the product in question. Live Lusso shall not be held responsible for any other losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from the refund process.

  This provision regarding refunds and compensation is an integral part of the agreement between the customer and Live Lusso.

9. Color Reproduction:

• Colour reproduction: Customers must order a swatch to ensure the correct colour/material is being ordered.
• The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may result in slight variations.
• Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure accurate descriptions. However, specifications may change.
• Images shown are for illustrative purposes only. While efforts are made to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the true colour of the delivered product.
• Please be aware that colours may differ between manufacturers.

Live Lusso shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Live Lusso be liable for more than the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Customers acknowledge and agree that the use of our products is at their own risk. Live Lusso does not warrant that the quality of our products will meet customer expectations, or that any product errors or defects will be corrected.

This limitation of liability is an essential part of the agreement between the customer and Live Lusso, and the parties acknowledge that Live Lusso would not proceed with the transaction without such limitations.
