Our complimentary delivery service covers one attempt. Missing a scheduled delivery may incur an additional cost of £100 per item for rearrangement. To ensure a seamless process, please have someone on-site to inspect the sofa upon delivery, preserving your refund options.

It is important to note that we offer a complimentary assembly service for some of our items, and it is highly recommended that you take advantage of this service. In the event that you refuse assembly, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur if you attempt to assemble the item on your own. Please ensure that you have sufficient time to allow our team to assemble the item for you. If our team overlooks this detail, please remind them about assembly. Please be advised that once you refuse assembly, we are unable to rearrange this service for you.

For deliveries to apartment buildings, please be aware that if the sofa cannot fit inside an elevator, our policy dictates manual delivery up to the second floor. This aligns with our health and safety policy, prioritising the well-being of our staff and adhering to the prohibition of carrying heavy furniture on more than one floor.
